We rent cars to people living and working in Dubai, and to businesses running vehicles for their staff.
What we do differently
Most of what goes wrong in car rental happens after you hand the keys back — a deposit that takes months, a charge nobody can explain, a fine with an administration fee that was never mentioned. We photograph every car with you at handover and return, itemise Salik at the official toll plus AED 1 and fines at their actual amount, and prefer card pre-authorisation for deposits where supported.
None of that is remarkable. It is simply what we would want if we were renting the car.
Our fleet and our network
We operate our own fleet, and we work with other licensed Dubai rental companies to source vehicles when a customer needs something we do not hold. Before signing, we identify the licensed lessor and contracting party. TNI may coordinate the enquiry and service, but the signed agreement determines each party's responsibilities.
Licensed and registered
Dubai Economy and Tourism trade licence 1213779. VAT registered, TRN 104119610400003. Rentals are documented on the RTA unified rental contract.
