Introduction
TNI Car Rental L.L.C (referred to as "we" or "us" in this document) provides car rental services to our customers (referred to as "you" in this document). These terms and conditions (referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Booking a car
To book a car, you must create an account on our website and provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, contact information, and payment information. You will also be required to agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Once you have booked a car, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your booking. You are responsible for ensuring that the information in your confirmation email is correct.
Pickup and drop-off
You must pick up your car at the location and time specified in your confirmation email. You must also return the car to the same location and time.
When you pick up your car, you will be required to present your driver's license and credit card. You will also be required to sign a rental agreement.
When you return the car, you must inspect it for any damage. If there is any damage, you must report it to us immediately.
Payment
You will be required to pay a deposit when you book a car. The deposit will be refunded to you when you return the car in good condition.
You will also be required to pay the rental fee, which will be calculated based on the type of car you rent, the length of your rental, and any additional fees that may apply.
Cancellation and modification
You may cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the pick-up time, you will not be entitled to a refund.
You may also modify your booking up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. However, any changes to your booking may result in additional fees.
Liability
You are responsible for any damage to the car that occurs during your rental. You are also responsible for any fines or fees that are incurred during your rental, such as parking tickets or tolls.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property that occurs during your rental.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
